Explanation:
Non credo si tratti di "apertura aortica" (aortic opening), ossia una normale struttura anatomica presente nel cuore. Qui mi pare si tratti proprio di una lesione, di qualcosa da chiudere.

Credo che la soluzione sia questa --> "aortic outflow tract"

Il seguente documento descrive una operazione molto simile, solo che il patch non è autologo (ossia non proviene dal paziente stesso), ma di origine animale:

This report describes the use of a bovine pericardial patch to close the aortic outflow tract in a patient with a mechanical aortic valve and end-stage cardiomyopathy who required urgent left ventricular assist support.
