A montaggio ultimato, eseguiamo un riocclusore. Le protesi sono inviate in studio per la seconda fase di prova su paziente, prove che comprenderanno quella estetica, fonetica e occlusale. Vengono rilevate impronte in ossido di zinco-eugenolo per entrambe le arcate. I nuovi modelli, grazie all’ausilio del riocclusore, saranno nuovamente gessati in articolatore. Ripulite le protesi e i modelli, si ricontrolla l’occlusione. Senza rimuovere le stesse dai modelli, queste sono messe in muffola nel modo tradizionale, gessate, lavate e polimerizzate (Figg. 36 e 37). Eseguita la riocclusione, la rifinitura e la lucidatura, le nostre nuove protesi sono pronte per essere inviate in studio per la consegna (Figg. da 38 a 50). |
