A Google on "rilevato di imposta" throws up nothing, so really any post is pure guesswork. All can think of is a raised area of ground on which buildings are constructed, but it doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe the author has invented a new way of saying the foundations of buildings.

Is this medical or engineering or both? Could be a tax or the foundations of the building. What does this person do? What other terms are in the list, What is the title of the list.
