I think you should know that "elusiminia" does not appear in any of my (many) medical dictionaries, nor can I find any mention on the Web. It might be a typo, but I can't even fathom... "Melodia" (since it can't be "melody"!!!) must be a typo for "malattia." "Malattia cronica" = "Chronic disease" but that's as far as I can get.
