rene sinistro Explanation: rene sn. vuol dire semplicemente rene sinistro. Ecco un esempio: "A differenza di altri trapianti come il fegato ed il cuore, nel caso del trapianto di rene l’organo viene trapiantato in una sede anatomica diversa da quella usuale (trapianto eterotopico).
