I understand that dx is a medical abbreviation for 'diagnosis', but in this context what does it mean? (I'm thinking 'right side'..)

agree marionclarion: Your text has "right side" and "right eye". Dx is just common "shorthand" for destra used to make note taking "easier"!! PS in English we use Lt for left and Rt for right - and for short for diagnosis we use the triangular Greek letter Delta
