Italian term or phrase: scintigrafia ossea-artic. segm. polifasica

I've found that the abbreviated parts mean:
Scintigrafia ossea o articolare segmentaria polifasica

My problem is the word order. I've found "multiphase bone scintigraphy" and "joint scintigraphy" but nothing that resembles segmentaria, nor "multiphase bone and joint scintigraphy".

English translation:regional multiphase bone scintigraphy

Explanation:
I should think "segmentaria" corresponds to "regional" as opposed to total body scan.
