Even if there are several occurences for "radial capitellum" on web, a more accurate translation would be either to write only "capitellum" or "radial head of the humerus".
In my opinion, the source term intended to be "the radial side/part of the capitellum"

I would suggest "deformation of the capitellum"

c. hu´meri [TA] , c. of humerus an eminence on the distal end of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus for articulation with the head of the radius; called also capitellum and little or radial head of humerus.

neutral  Dr Sue Levy: the radius doesn't have a capitellum - it's on the humerus - do you think it might mean radial head?
