Not at all sure what titolo means here. It pops up again later in text as 'titolo anticorpale'.
Any ideas?

L’andamento discordante all’interno del campione immunizzato nei confronti di Rickettsia rispetto al gruppo dei soggetti con IgG positive per Brucella Melitensis, potrebbe essere correlato ad una differente risposta immunitaria che i due germi determinano, ma anche al diversa ***entità di titolo*** riscontrato. Infatti numerosi soggetti, pur avendo un ***titolo anticorpale*** che superava il cut-off del kit per essere definiti positivi, presentavano un valore al limite inferiore, e pertanto pur dovendo essere considerato positivo, potrebbero essere ragionevolmente considerati dubbi, e pertanto modificare la valenza delle concentrazioni degli elementi riscontrate
