Here is the sentence:

Fra i fattori ambientali, quelli di maggior rilievo sono il fumo di sigaretta e l'esposizione a
polveri e gas pneumolesivi, particolarmente in ambito lavorativo.

The word seems to be closely related to pneumonitis, but I kind find the appropriate adjective form.
