Italian to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / Progress Notes
Italian term or phrase: in dimissione
This is a note in the chart of a patient hospitalized for chest pain and treated with PTCA and stent placement.

The doctor's notes say:

vital signs
EO= ndn [PE: unremarkable]
In dimissione

I want to put "being discharged" here . . . except that this note was written in the morning, and there are notes written the next morning also, so the patient wasn't discharged on the day that the doctor wrote "in dimissione". Is there any other way to translate "in dimissione", or do you agree with my guess?

Thanks for the help!
