I am translating some medical records and have come across the numero SARR. I've worked out that SARR is "servizio applicativo recupero referto" but if there is an official translation for this in English.

I have had a search on the internet and have not found your acronymn. It's also the name of a footballer and he seems to be a lot more popular!! I can only suggest the above as a way of getting around your problem. Hope it helps. ( the term EMR does seem to exist - Electronic Medical Record)
