Medical (general)
Italian term or phrase: astanteria-pensionanti
Two terms in a medical document listing the number of beds/cases in each department. Can anyone suggest a good online Italian-English medical source?

Fast-track accident and emergency
Explanation:
My understanding is that astenteria is the section in A@E set aside for dealing with critical cases so that an initial diagnosis can be made rapidly and decisions taken as to next stage of care.
I don't think pensionanti is the same as pensionati (i.e retired persons) - does it not mean residents (or whatever the equivalent is in the hospital field)?

Explanation:

emergency room (o accident & emergency v. Kudoz glossaries)- No. of Retirees
