neutral  philgoddard: I think you're right that it's trascinamento, but I'm not sure "indemnity" is the right translation - it's a particular kind of indemnity.

  -> yes,the more I think of it,the more I feel the translation could be improved.Idemnity is a bit of a false friend, better related to indennizzo than to indennità. Maybe "allowance would do better? I'm racking my brains,the right word is there somewhere...
