I can't find this in any of my dictionaries - can anyone help?

In the following:

Dovremmo andare a migliorare le aree molto critiche però molto importanti per i nostri clienti cioè: Montaggi qualità e velocità, e inoltre avere sempre la proposta più interessante per accativarsi il cliente.

it means to make your client fall in love and remain loyal to you, although, I think I would choose a different term instead of "accattivarsi"
