I nostri contatti quotidiani con il paese e i nostri frequenti viaggi ci permette un'interfaccia immediata con i nostri clienti.
I was thinking of saying quick/immediate reference point". I'm not sure if interface is appropriate. Any other suggestions? Thanks

prompt/direct/immediate communication/interaction
Explanation:
I'd use communication or interaction = interface also means communication/interaction in English and I believe it fits in here.

liaise/keep up-to-date

Explanation:
Am not entirely sure what is meant here by "interfaccia"; am assuming it's something like "liaise". Not sure that the word "immediata" has any real bearing on the meaning of the phrase, perhaps it could be left out of the translation.

"...our frequent visits enable us to liaise/keep in touch/keep up-to-date with our clients"
