Explanation: 'Soggette d'imperio' significa che questo sconto del 10,75% non è stato deciso in piena libertà dalle compagnie assicuratrici ma è stato *imposto* (questo il significato dell'espressione) dal governo italiano. A me sembra che la frase abbia una connotazione negativa ed è per questo che ho proposto 'hit' per 'soggette'. Per esserne completamente sicuri, però, bisognerebbe vedere anche la frase precedente e quella successiva. Ad ogni modo, consiglierei di 'girare la frase'.
