Guarantee è americano e warranty è inglese?

warranty negli Stati Uniti
Explanation:
Velerio,

Forse "guarantee" si usa di più nelle forme verbali: "We guarantee a high performance for this product".

Buon lavoro
Elena

Explanation:
Both are used in UK English and I believe also in American English.

At one time "warranty" applied to products, but I think the words are synonomous now!

Good luck

guarantee/guaranty

Explanation:
Here is what US Black's Law Dictionary has to say (pardon my scanner's typos):

GUARANTEE. This word is also used, as a noun, to denote the contract of guaranty or the obligation of a guarantor,

Explanation:

Buon lavoro,
