twisted moustache/twirled moustache

Explanation:
Also referred to as 'baffi a tortiglione'. From Ragazzini, under 'tortiglione'. Please note that the term 'tortiglione' has the same root as 'attorcigliati'.
On the opposite, 'handlebar moustache' is the equivalent of 'baffi a manubrio'.
