| neckbands
Explanation: I have been dealing with Health and Safety issues in a company, where I was asked to translate handbooks from italian to english.
A "rchetto" is a metal/plastic band connecting two earplugs or earmuffs not over the head but around the neck. The term I have been using was neckband.
