Other / Police | | Italian term or phrase: intestazioni | The text is a 'Verbale di Notifica' prepared by the Carabinieri concerning an investigation on fraud. The phrase I have a problem with is at the start of this document:
"Il 1 febbraio 2006 in Roma alle ore 11:00... Il sottoscritto Ufficciale de P.G. Maresciallo XXX, in servizio al Reparto in intestazioni, da' atto di notificare a YYY... ecc"
From my understanding of this paragraph, the phrase merely indicates the Department to which the Maresciallo belongs. But, what is this "Reparto in intestazioni?"
Any help is very welcome!!
