Italian term or phrase: raccolta indifferenziata
How can I translate this neatly into English? I have translated "raccolta differenziata" as "recycling". Can I say non-recycling waste disposal?

non-recycled waste

Explanation:
I would say. I wondered about 'bulk waste', but I think that tends to suggest bulky items like furniture

non-recyclable waste collection

Explanation:
and 'recyclable waste collection' for 'raccolta differenziata' - both seem to be used in the UK

Back to Refuse, recycling and garden waste collections. Non-recyclable waste collection ... Non-recyclable waste collection. Ads by Google. Non-recyclable waste collection ...

In saying that, I usually translate raccolta differenziata as 'separate waste collection' (in which case I would would translate non differenziata as standard waste collection)

Reference information:
This wiki page explains sorted collection disposal at tips and the relationship with recycling. When large cities find that surrounding towns are unwilling to accept their waste at their tips, the most unwanted and therefore expensive waste to get rid of is the unsorted waste. Of course all municipalities like to put the emphasis on the recycling, while few give any statistics on just how much carefully resorted refuse is actually recycled.
