Reply: Explanation: Of course we have wondered very many times how they manage to avoid such detection...and the response is...with a badge and a policeman's stick, they can do whatever they like. (In other words, the policemen erroneously "nabbed" seem to have believed that as long as they had a policeman's "tricks of the trade" on their persons, so to speak, they could go about their "business" unnoticed...or so they thought...!);-) Buon lavoro!
