Italian term or phrase: carter speciale
This is a description of a light fitting that can also be used for other appliances such as surveillance cameras and emergency lighting. The whole sentence is:

"Illuminazione d'accento con carter speciale per l'alloggiamento anche di altri sistemi ausiliari"

Does anyone know what "carter speciale" refers to?
