Deriva dalla lingua tedesca.
Il termine 'geo-diritto' designa lo studio delle relazioni tra norma giuridica e punti dello spazio. È stato introdotto in Italia, se non ci si inganna, soltanto nel 2001 (v. Irti, 2001); ma la cultura tedesca conosce, già dai primi decenni del secolo scorso, trattazioni di GEJURISPRUDENZ.
