Italian term or phrase: legge-diritto
(...) più in generale, di fenomeni giuridici sviluppatisi al di fuori del trinomio legge-diritto-Stato.

Come faccio a distinguere legge da diritto, visto che entrambi i concetti in giurisprudenza si esprimono con LAW?
Grazie

agree  tradugrace: typo jurisprudence

agree  Thomas Roberts: Conceptually it's the only thing that makes sense. I would avoid jurisprudence though as it's too specific in English. By the way, after two years back in the UK my English is still recovering....

neutral  Thomas Roberts: the subject giurisprudenza cannot be translated as jurisprudence

agree  Michael Korovkin: si che può. "jurisprudence", in English, may mean theory of law, legal system, branch of law(used more frequently), etc. Exactly like in Italian: narrow, wide, and everything in between. So, it's "law-jurisprudence-(the) State".
