Italian term or phrase:che approfondisco costantemente
Ciao a tutti.
Sto scrivendo il CV in inglese ed ho un grossissimo dubbio su questa forma: sotto 'approfondire' ('deepen' è più letterale) ho trovato 'to go into thoroughly', quindi la forma diventerebbe 'into which I go thoroughly constantly' o 'into which i constantly go thoroughly'...
('approfondire', nel senso di approfondire conoscenze)
Ora, a parte la fastidiosa assonanza, la forma in se mi convince poco: qualche suggerimento?
dopo una lunga riflessione, ho deciso per 'into which I constantly look further': 'expand on' è più riferito ad approfondire oralmente, in un discorso-spiegazione... Jim, please, let me know if the phrase above is correct as it's composed...
'Ho particolare interesse e conoscenze amatoriali nel campo [...] e nell'ambito dell'[...] che approfondisco costantemente con la ricerca e lo studio di articoli e pubblicazioni scientifiche, nonché attraverso forum di scambio.'

It's for a CV, under 'Other skills and competences'.
Like I posted in reply to Glinda: 'I have a particular interest knowledges in [...] field and about [...] into which I constantly look further with research[es] and study of scientific articles and issues as well as through exchange forums.'
This is the whole phrase.
There is no set formula for this verb. There are many possible translations and normally you choose one that best fits the context. The instructions ask you to give full context. And then they ask you again. The surrounding ten lines are usually sufficient.

@ Fabio: così su due piedi, intanto direi "I have a particular interest", ma lascerei perdere quell' "amateurish" perché ha una connotazione negativa. Comunque, se fossi in te proverei a postare parte di questa frase in un'ulteriore richiesta qui su Kudoz, così da avere un parere anche e soprattutto dai madrelingua, che di sicuro ti sapranno girare l'espressione meglio di me :))
