Claire Titchmarsh (asker): 16:14 Feb 23, 2004: Thanks everyone for your suggestions, but any reference to "tax" is a bit too literal. It just means that the goods are put onto the system but I couldn't think of a good way to say it.

In response to your note, I thought \'fiscale\' always referred to tax except when used in the \'rigid/strict\' sense, which doesn\'t seem to fit here.

physically loaded
Explanation: Could be a typo for "fisicale". As I read your text, incoming goods are tallied against the documentation, and then **pyhysically** stored/loaded/moved to the warehouse.

Hi, just seen your comment. I\'d still suggest \"moved to the warehouse\", which in my opinion covers the meaning.
Cheers, AG
