purtroppo non è uguale a mettere semplicemente deadline, la parola tassativa è "un'arma" in più per rifiutare la merce o chiedere danni nel caso la consegna venga ritardata. Ho messo mandatory, se si fosse trattato di un cliente US e non UK (non l'avevo indicato prima) avrei scelto la risposta di Sergio. Grazie a tutti!

Generalmente per avere la possibilita' di un ricorso legale in caso di inadempienza contrattuale sui termini di consegna pattuiti, si usa la terminologia 'time is of the essence' dopo la data (in forma completa GG/mm/anno)
