Ministry for heritage and culture

Explanation:
or Ministry for Culture and Heritage.
I think 'attivita'' is redundant here as 'culture' covers it. I think it should read 'i beni' + 'le attivita' culturali' (not 'beni culturali + attivita' culturali' (a bit ambiguous, though) so I think this covers it.

Scrap my note above; it didn\'t make much sense.
\'Ministry for Heritage and Culture\' should cover everything, though (buildings, exhibitions, events, preservation of buildings, conservation, arts programmes, etc.).

The problem with not having \'heritage\' somewhere in there is that the Italian Ministry seems to place a lot of importance on architectural heritage and preservation, and this is not really covered in \"Arts and Culture\". http://www.beniculturali.it/

agree  hodierne: Makes perfect sense, especially if you think of Italy as being one of the major contributors to the World Heritage List (UNESCO)
