Explanation:
There is no generic term for "addetto", it's like "impiegato", the literal English translation tells you nothing. Probably the most general purpose word would be assistant.
For example addetto commerciale would probably be commercial assistant. Unless you know for a fact they're in charge of other people I wouldn't put supervisor.
