hard cheese Explanation: I'm sending this comment after the kudoz was closed. I'm a bit confused - if we are translating into English we need to use references that are safe. Not all Italian websites are translated by mother tongue ENglish. And I presume that Argentinian ones aren't either. Eurodic and English websites state that "pasta dura" referred to cheese is "hard cheese" and it refers to the texture. The Grana Padana site is an excellent source of reference. Angela |
