Italian to English translations [PRO] Paper / Paper Manufacturing / stationery | | Italian term or phrase: busta internografata | Hi folks
Anyone know what kinda envelope this is? I can't get much of the Internet, maybe someone has some personal experience?
TIA
Derek
"La busta utilizza il logo nella versione positiva a colori. Per la stampa è consigliato l’utilizzo dei due colori pantone (vedi sezione 2 di questo manuale) e una carta da 90 g/m2 bianco brillante coordinata alla carta intestata. Si consiglia l’utilizzo di una busta ***internografata*** con strip adesivo" |

Clarification request(s) and responseDerek Smith (asker): 5:07pm May 4, 2005: source - Just to add that I got in touch with a guy who runs a "cancelleria" store here in Puglia who explained the reason for this envelope style.

Note from asker to answererThanks indeed to both of you (and endorsers two!): your excellent answers came just in time and the word "tint" was crucial. I'm going with Ziad because I found some evidence of this expression on the Web and used it in the translation prefixed with "opaque". I have since also found "security tint envelope". The idea is that because of the interior tint the contents remain totally concealed until the envelope is opened.
Total respect
