dovrebbe essere un impianto per la lavorazione della carta (ma NON una cartiera);
Cartiera si dice Paper mill....cartotecnica?

sul sito www.paperindex.com ho trovato questa definizione che mi sembra quella giusta:

ho visto la risposta alla proposta di Sally, ma a cercare paper transformation industry (a parte suonare italiano o meno) dava molti hit per impianti che producevano scatole di cartone e cose simili.
dà "paper and cardboard industry", se ti suona meglio.

Asker: Thanks a lot Sally, but Paper and cardboard plant is a CARTIERA (where they make paper from raw materials); a cartotecnica is something else. It's a place where they take paper and make paper towels, napkins, etc
