cinnamyl-esterasic factor Explanation: . -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-08-08 22:17:47 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Gaschromatographic analysis (2) for free fatty acids, released by hydrolysis of cream (FFA mg/100g cream), revealed that rennet B showed higher lipolytic activity than rennet A and rennet C. Acylic profiles obtained from gaschromatographic analyses also confirmed a higher lipolytic activity for short chain fatty acids (namely rennet B). Finally the assessment of esterasic activity, gave results comparable to those of lipolytic activity, being higher in rennet B and decreasing as follows: B>C>A. http://web.uniud.it/dsa/i-dottorati/workshop_phd/proceedings... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-08-08 22:19:04 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Concentrated pectinase free of cinnamylesterase activity -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-08-08 22:19:41 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- MEGLIO: CINNAMYLESTERASE FACTOR -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-08-08 22:19:50 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://www.begerow.de/pmm/english/wine/winezyme.htm -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-08-08 22:20:22 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- NOTA: L\'ultima soluzione ovrebbe essere quella giusta.
