It is correct to say that these are all types of what is commonly called "rot". The infection is by a fungus mycelium of the above name. There are various types such as "cryptogea" and "infestans".
Depending n your client "phytophthera" should do just fine.
One of the better Italian pages for plant diseases is www.sicilia.it/Agricoltura which gives the translation into the latin which is what is used in the UK.
A search on Lycos will give you some of the papers pblished on the genome work.
