TIA :).
From my text:
"X ha dichiarato che a parziale modifica di quanto indicato nella ***dichiarazione di costruzione*** n° 18/06 presentata presso questa Capitaneria di Porto in data 20.06.2006 il responsabile del progetto è l'Ing. Pinco Pallino..."
A reference from the Codice Navale:
"Articolo 233 - ***Dichiarazione di costruzione***.
Chi imprende la costruzione di una nave o di un galleggiante deve farne preventiva dichiarazione all'ufficio competente del luogo dove è intrapresa la costruzione dello scafo, indicando il cantiere e lo stabilimento, nei quali saranno costruiti lo scafo e le macchine motrici, e il nome dei direttori delle costruzioni.
L'ufficio prende nota della dichiarazione nel registro delle navi in costruzione.
Parimenti devono essere notificati all'ufficio ed annotati nel registro i sopravvenuti mutamenti nella persona dei direttori delle costruzioni." |
