Italian to English translations [PRO]
Ships, Sailing, Maritime / Estratto delle navi in costruzione | | Italian term or phrase: Conservatore navale | This comes up a few times in this extract against the signature to "dichiarazioni suppletive", eg:
"F.to. IL CONSERVATORE NAVALE C.F. (CP) Luca ZUCCHELLO"
(capitalisation as per source text - moderators please do not alter)
where I believe
C.F. = Capitano di Fregata = Commander
CP = Capitano di Porto = Harbour Master
The phrase I'm looking for gets virtually zero Ghits. It doesn't appear to be anything to do with "conservation" or preservation, as these "dichiarazioni" just relate to changes of personnel. Any ideas welcome. TIA :). |

without greater context it's difficult to be sure but I would assume this is a reference to someone in charge of a ship or maritime registry. |
