Ships, Sailing, Maritime / perizia nautica | | Italian term or phrase: controllo statico salpancore | | This is in a nautical survey report- it's part of a list of what was checked out on the vessel. I am just double checking- here the "statico" refers to the fact the ship was inspected out of the water= it's not a part of the "salpancore" (an anchor weigher I believe) , is it? |
