The only time i"ve heard "ding-a-ling" was in the Chuck Berry song. To me "wee wee" sounds like urine.

Explanation:
I've always liked "wee wee". I think of "ding-a-ling" as more adults trying to sound like children and be cutesy, although it would certainly work as well.
