I am struggling to understand these abbreviations.

It's a short text about a training course for youth team football coaches. These abbreviations appear after the names of the speakers.

Settore Selezione? FSGC?

2/ Coord. Sett. Giov. de base =?
Coordinatore Settore Giovane ?

I'm still a little baffled!!
