Explanation:
It means to score in a top corner of the net. I found "top bag" at the on line urban dictionary. I still play soccer a lot, but not with native English speakers, and have never heard anyone use the term.

A "gol alla Del Piero" is when the forward approaches the top left side of the penalty area and curls a shot into the far top corner of the goal on the opposite side of the box - Del Piero sometimes did this with his back initially to the goal.
