Il quadro elettrico XXX è costituito da "scomparti" equipaggiati principalmente con "interruttori di tipo aperto" e scatolato, "in esecuzione fissa", rimovibile ed estraibile, circuiti ausiliari e di misura, oltre ai "sistemi sbarre principali e di distribuzione".

Le parole poste tra virgolette sono quelle che mi creano problemi.

Scomparti can be called "bays" or (of course) "compartments".
For your switchgear I propose "open" or "enclosed" in "fixed, removable, and plug-in versions".
Your sbarre, I think, are "busbars" (main power feeding and distribution)
