inertia reel Explanation: Hi I'm rather unsure about "imbarcato", unless it could possibly be construed as "built-in", which could make sense. As for the arrotolatore, I would imagine theyr'e talking about the inertia reel that tensions or retracts the seat belt (maybe the central lap belt if it's built into the seat). Guesswork again.
