>> see below << Explanation: Wow. This phrase makes next to no sense at all, particularly in the context of a paper-shredder, which usually employs rotating razor-edged discs. Literally, "...implemented in accordance with the principle of a single [high-]speed rotor with fixed [or "stationary"] hammers." The essential purpose and function of a hammer involves motion, so "martelli fissi" is a very odd phrase. One other comment: "singolo rotore veloce" does NOT mean "single-speed rotor," which in Italian would be "rotore ad una sola velocità."
