Italian to English translations [PRO]

Italian term or phrase: telespresso
I am translating a document in response to a "telespresso" sent from the rappresentanza Permanente d'Italia presso l'Unione Europea — Bruxelles to an Italian Province. The sentence is:
"Letta la documentazione inviata con nota telespresso dd. 10 aprile 2011 dalla Rappresentanza Permanente d'Italia presso l'Unione Europea — Bruxelles ....."


I know there is already a question and a glossary term for this, but both are not appropriate, as the answer to http://www.proz.com/kudoz/italian_to_english/telecommunicati... isn't correct - as the only links concern shipment of household goods and customs, whereas a "telespresso" is a note/communication usually between an Embassy and the Italian ministry of foreign affairs, nicely explained here:

vocabolario questa parola non esista, il computer infatti me

più, evoca tempi gloriosi di diplomatici con la feluca e la
marsina con la martingala, le decorazioni sul petto). Sono
tutte definizioni diverse per uno stesso concetto, quello di
“rapporto”."

I remember this concept had a precise name, but I cannot rember it even if I bang my head on the wall.

I found this on a site. It may be the definition of what you need.

Il telespresso è di solito una comunicazione (circolare, nota, rapporto) spedita o ricevuta dal Ministero degli Esteri o dalle ambasciate. A quanto pare viene 'tradotta' con telespresso form

Notes to answerer
Asker: yes I found that too on wordreference, but that also pointed to the same links given in the previous proz question, i.e. shipment of household goods of diplomats. I cannot rembember correctly, but I studied it a looong time ago, it has something to do with cable, dispatch, note.... but I am not sure which one is the correct one.
