L’ Outsourcer da un lato dovrà essere in grado di gestire, nel suo complesso, la fase di prova circuiti su tutte le tecnologie rame (ADSL WS, CVP, ADSL ULL,SHDSL,FONIA TDM) e PRI SDH mediante l’ausilio di un presidio che dovrà operare con le modalità indicate nei paragrafi successivi del presente capitolato. Il suddetto presidio dovrà garantire un’accoglienza telefonica tramite un numero telefonico che va in ricerca automatica sui numeri di gruppo.

Is 'firewall' what is meant by presidio here? Or maybe a more general term would be appropriate?
