Italian term or phrase: OL
Sentence is: 'Rischedulazione invio OL a TI a seguito della gestione di una bocciatura del precedente OL' where TI is a well-known telecoms provider in a certain Mediterranean country...

I'm not sure whether OL could be an internal acronym or one that is general to the telecoms sector.

Explanation:
I'm not sure if this is your case but often companies use this abbreviation for Ordine di Lavoro or Work Order as in an assignment for some task or process. If the provider in question is the party that does some work for the other, it may not be a true and proper purchase order as Luisa suggested but rather a work order for a given task.
