Italian term or phrase: overfranchigia

Hi all -

Nothing like new words being coined every day...

I am translating a telephone company's rate schedule and they are using this word (which I assume is a sort of Italian-anglicism). Any suggestions on how to translate it???

Al superamento di ciascun bundle aggiuntivo, è applicata, sempre nello stesso mese, una tariffa overfranchigia pari a 0,01€/MB

English translation:overage

Explanation:
Either of the other two proposals could probably work; I'll throw this one in as well. 'tariffa overfranchigia' would be something like 'overage fee/charge'. See the reference for examples.

A google search for "overage charge", not double quoted, turns up about 10.9M results; double quoted is just under 100K results. A few references follow.
