"Giro piu' basso: Questa modifica è da utilizzare quando il ***giro della giacca*** è troppo attaccato all’ascella del cliente, che lamenta quindi difficoltà nel movimento delle braccia pur non avendole particolarmente grosse. La modifica abbassa la parte del giro manica sotto l’ascella senza alterare il diametro orizzontale. La modifica altera la lunghezza dell’interno della manica per cui, quando il giro viene abbassato, si dovrà accorciarla di pari valore della misura richiesta. Il massimo consentito è di 2 centimetri."

Also, please note the "chicken wing" effect on the back of the jacket armhole. .......a armhole can inhibit or help mobility. Ultimately, the armholes will affect the comfort of performing things like driving your car, grabbing and reaching for things, and maybe even ballroom dancing.
Try the arm test on any of your jackets. A large armhole may allow a jacket to come on and over easier, but the comfort of the jacket while being worn will be sacrificed.
